Prawn Creel, UK-Model

[Special] A simple prawn (Norwegian lobster, Nephrops norvegicus) creel without a parlour. Developed and manufactured mostly for commercial fishing since the absence of a parlour results in a creel that should be hauled more often. The benefit of having no parlour is that the creel is smaller, less heavy and cheaper but the downside is that the catch will get more crowded which might result in it being less healthy.

This creel has the traditional shape of a prawn creel and is throughly roped which gives great protection against wear and tear.

The creel has a thick 8mm hot dip galvanized and plastic coated frame making it very resistant against rough conditions.
